Catamount will field a Junior Boys team of players currently in grades 5 and 6 for the Summer of 2018. The team will practice at Springfield College alongside the Tan, Black, and Red teams Wednesdays 6-8pm during the Summer beginning on June 13th. Currently the team is scheduled to attend the Stowe Lacrosse Festival in Stowe, VT July 21-22nd. The coaches for the Junior team will be Rich Ferro and Alex Zadworny. Rich is an alumni of Union College where he played Midfield and currently coaches in the Amherst Youth Program. Alex has graduated from the University of New England this year where he played Attack. He played within the Catamount Program and is in his second year of coaching with the club. Players are eligible for team spaces based on recommendation from their Spring Coach or an evaluation by a current Catamount Coach.
