The Arena League at Indoor Action Sports is a six week Indoor Lacrosse League for High School Players that runs in the IAS Arena on Saturdays beginning 1/25 and ending 3/14. The league will break for school vacation on 2/15 and 2/22 when we will hold drop in pickup games. Games will be two 25 minute halves for the first five weeks and on 3/14 we will have a mini tournament with two 25 minute games for each team. Games will run from 5-8pm
The format is 5v5 including goalies and the ideal team size is 10 players total. Only Short Sticks are allowed to be used. Goals are 4×4 and goalies may wear additional pads including box goalie pads. Street hockey leg pads are provided.
Fees are $500 to register as a team or $65 to register as an individual on the Catamount Team. Payment plans are available.
